Living in a Sea of Boxes

I am finding it difficult to get to this blog.  These pictures were taken a couple of days ago and we have added more.
Spending time packing, labeling and taping has taken its' toll I am afraid. In addition, the rain has been relentless it seems.  The dogs have not been able to go for a walk and it is apparent that they are confused with the unusual activity.  Neighbors have been wanting some time with us and we are so very busy that we cannot find time for them.  We have been blessed with the most wonderful neighbors---they have become good friends and it will be difficult to leave them.

Today we boxed TV's and we do have 4 of them.  Our children make such fun of us as at times because they are in every room and until a few weeks ago we actually had 5.  Everything is going as fast as possible and we have even been visited by the new owners.  Spending a little time with them has reassured us that they will fit in quite well and they have even met our neighbors.  It is obvious that they are anxious to get in as well as our desire to get on the road also to our new adventure.

Tomorrow will bring more packing and all of the other business which which we have to deal with in relocating, but as in the past, it will all happen in time and by our Nation's Birthday on the 4th, we will be saying goodbye to the state that has been our home for 50 years.
